Cut english muffin in half, start in toaster
Preheat cast iron pan on medium heat
Place sausage patty on cast iron to heat
Cook egg in ring mold, break yoke
Reheat Bacon in microwave
Butter english muffins, add cheese, top with sausage patty
top with cooked egg and bacon
